The Most Indispensable Players in NBA

The Most Indispensable Players In Nba

Every team has a player that cannot be replaced. If the player is injured or cannot play due to some reason, it it next to impossible to find an adequate replacement for him in the team. Here is a list some of the most indispensable players in the NBA.

Derrick Rose
The name says it all! There is no substitute for this guy. He is the backbone of the Chicago Bulls and it is very difficult to imagine where the team would be without him. He is unarguably the best point guard in NBA and it is only due to him that his team is the third in the Eastern Conference. His stats this year show what a great and consistent player he has been. The basketball scoreboards show that he is averaging 24.9 points, 8.2 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game as well as an impressive player efficiency rating of 23.3.

Rajon Rondo
Another superb point guard in the NBA who is irreplaceable for his team, the Boston Celtics. Rondo has recorded his career high assists, 24 this season against the New York Knicks, and he has been the key factor in his team’s success. Although for him this year started off with injuries, he is running away with the assists title after a total of 82 assists in just five games.

Kevin Love
Players like Kevin Love are born once in a generation. He is the kind of player every team would love to have and the Minnesota Timberwolves are very lucky to have him on their roster. He is the only guy after Moses Malone to ever score a 30-30 i.e. 30 points and 30 rebounds in a single game, and he is one of the four players in NBA to average a 20 and a 10. The Timberwolves would probably be nowhere without Love.

Kobe Bryant
No points for guessing the indispensable player for the Lakers! He is a great player and the most important one for the Lakers even after Pau Gasol joined the team in 2008. Some people dislike him for many reasons but nobody can deny the fact that he is quite simply an incredible player. He is the best in the league and there is nobody who can match him.

Dwyane Wade
Many people will disagree with this. According to them, LeBron James is the most indispensable player for the Miami Heat, and the stats support their argument because James is averaging more points than Wade per game. Leaving aside stats, however, if we look at the importance of the player in the team, then Wade is the answer. He knows his team very well and has led Miami to a championship, hence for me he is the most indispensable player for his team.
