Football Spirit of Patriots of J.L. Mann High School in Greenville, SC

The J.L. Mann High School Patriots of Greenville, South Carolina, are a football team that definitely has the right spirit. The school recently added a new electronic football scoreboard, manufactured by Electro-Mech, and a number of players on the team are listed as being available for college recruitment. The Patriots have a solid history of playing the game of football very well, and the last season just proved this point again. The Junior class has a number of players who perform very well on the field. Jamarius Burnside, Calvin Caldwell, Bobby Hunter, Markeese James, Pat Martin, Reuben Murray, and Cody Younce are all players who excel at the game, and who are being closely watched by a number of colleges. There is also Joshua Hill, who belongs to the freshman class, and who shows fantastic potential as a football player. New scoreboards and other improvements also help to make the football season and program more successful, and draw in much larger crowds of sports fans. This also means more revenue for the school, which is generated by fans spending at the events. The J.L. Mann High School Patriots have the football spirit to go all the way to victory in the next seasons, and the past performance of this team shows that this is a very real possibility.

The last season for the Patriots was an excellent one, and the new scoreboards just made it even better. When the team played Eastside High School in October, the Patriots won with a final score showing on the scoreboard of fifty four to twenty one, and the fans were exuberant. When the game against Berea High School was done, J.L. Mann High School was the winner again, thirty five to six. Not all the football teams played last season were won though, and there were a few very disappointing losses. South Pointe High School won their game against the Patriots, and it was a shutout with the final score of fifty six to zero. When the school played Spartanburg High School, they also suffered a loss when the total score was twenty to seventeen. The Patriots stomped Riverside High School at forty one to zero on September nineteenth, and they won twenty three to sixteen against Travelers Rest High School on October third. The win J.L. Mann High school had against Mauldin High School was a little closer, with only a three point difference at the end. The Patriots did win though, ten to seven, to the delight of the sports fans.

When it comes to football spirit, the student body and football team at J.L. Mann High School really has it. The sports fans travel from all over the state to watch the Patriots play, and many times they will come from even farther away. The new scoreboard does not make all of this happen, but it does ensure that the sports fans who come to watch the Patriots play have a great time and keep coming back. The investment makes good sense, and many high schools and colleges have switched to electronic scoreboards. They are very clear and easy to see for the entire field, so no fans have to move around or crane their neck to see what is going on. High school sports fans love to watch the scoreboard and follow every move in the game, so updating or replacing this equipment just makes good sense for the school. The initial expense is quite reasonable, and the benefits that the school and football team experience makes it well worth the cost. The Patriots football team has plenty of football spirit, the school offers full support for the athletics program, and this may be a winning combination that results in future victories.
