Joba Chamberlain has yet to start a single game this season, so he does not provide much of an alternative. Dustin Moseley, who in 5 years of being a Major league professional, has only started 29 times, is not someone you’d want to rely on either, and Ivan Nova only recently made his major league debut.

In conclusion, the New York Yankees really need to make some meaningful moves on the trade deadline coming up. The Dodgers player Hiroki Kuroda has been mentioned as a possible target. If the team does not acquire a well-established player, then those baseball betting odds will remain unattractive to most people.
