Technology is racing by at a lightning pace, with consumers demanding bigger, better, flashier and more pizzazz. Sports fans seem to be at the core as they want to experience in-stadium with the same glitz, glamour and color that they get on their home sets. Manufacturers of video scoreboards have kept pace with the requirements as they bring sports enthusiasts off the couch and into the stadiums with scoreboards that create the wow-factor. The list may change as competition increases, but here are some of America’s top video scoreboards.

One would think that the top ratings for electronic scoreboards in sports might go to football or baseball, but in reality the top three in the country are dedicated to automotive and horse racing.

Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC is home to the NASCAR Auto Racing. Their video measures 16,000 square feet.

The Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX has been one of the most well-known, for the famous Cowboys football team. The video screen at this stadium is 11,520 sq ft.

Kauffman Stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals baseball team in Kansas City, Missouri has a video scoreboard size of 8,820 sq ft

The LP Field stadium houses a scoreboard of 8,478 sq ft. Home to the Titans football team, the stadium is the pride of Nashville, TN

Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA replaced the beloved Veterans Stadium and his the new home to the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team. Their scoreboard comes in at 7,372 sq ft.

Another Texas winner is the Darrell K Royal- Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin, TX. Home to the College football team of the Longhorns, their fans view a scoreboard that measures 7,370 sq ft.

The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum has some of the most avid fans for the Trojans college football games. The scoreboard size is 6,000 sq ft.

The famous Yankee Stadium, home to the Yankees baseball team in Bronx, NY boasts a video scoreboard size of 5,959 sq ft.

The Minneapolis Twins baseball team hails from Target Field in Minneapolis, MN. Their video scoreboard measures 5,757 sq ft.

Atlanta, GA joins the group with their Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves baseball team. The scoreboard size stands at 5,600 sq ft.

Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ has been famous for their Diamondbacks baseball team and also their 5,538 sq ft video scoreboard.
