Electro-Mech scoreboards are warranted to be free of original defects in
material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of
invoice. The obligation of Electro-Mech is limited solely to repairing
or replacing, at our option, any material that, upon our inspection at
the factory, is found to be defective within this period. The customer
must return parts postage-paid to our factory. Electro-Mech will return
shipments to the customer prepaid by UPS, parcel post, or other ground
service. Electro-Mech will return shipments via air or overnight service
at the customer's expense.
Lamps, fuses, and sockets are excluded from this warranty. This warranty
does not include labor charges incurred in the removal or replacement of
parts, service calls, or damages resulting from improper installation,
operation, or modification of the scoreboard. Electro-Mech will not pay
for the time or materials used by others in making repairs or
corrections. This warranty does not cover parts that are subjected to
accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or natural disasters (including, but
not limited to, fire, wind, lighting, and flood). This warranty is void
if the customer fails to meet the payment terms. |
