MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONThe mechanical installation includes mounting the shot timer on the wall or basketball goal. Two 3/8” bolts and two washers are provided for each unit. The bolts and washers can be used to attach the shot timer to the customer’s mounting hardware. There are two tapped holes are located on each side of the cabinet which accept the bolts. Figure 1 shows the mounting points located on one side of the shot timer. Identically spaced holes are located on the opposite side of the shot timer. Be sure to mount the shot timer close enough to a wall receptacle so that you can plug in the 8 ft. power cord.
